poşe'de Bağ Bağcık projesi iki gün sürecek bir çizim performansını ve 2017'den itibaren üretilmiş bir seri işi içeriyor. Çizimlerde, ilişkilerimizde gizli kalan veya paylaşılan sırların yarattığı bağlar iç ve dış düğümlenmeleri olarak gözüküyor.
Çağıl Harmandar 1992 yılında İstanbul'da doğdu. Liseyi Üsküdar Amerikan'da bitirdikten sonra, 2016 yılında SMFA at Tufts Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldu. Amerika'nın Massachusetts eyaletinde iki tane kişisel sergisi oldu. 2018 senesinde Mamut Sanatçısı'ydı. Animasyonları uluslararası animasyon ve film festivallerinde gösterildi. Çağıl şimdi İstanbul'da yaşıyor.
Tie Knot: Pop-up exhibition.
Tie Knot is a project that includes a 2-day public drawing performance and a series of drawings. The pieces in this show are curated around the idea of hidden and obvious bonds in our relationships via the secrets we keep or share. These bonds are captured in unexpected contexts within people and inside their bodies.
Çağıl Harmandar was born in İstanbul, Turkey, in 1992. After finishing high school in Üsküdar American Academy, she graduated from School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, Boston. Çağıl had two solo shows in Massachusetts, United States; was part of the Mamut 2018 Art Fair in İstanbul. Her animations have been screened in international film and animation festivals. Çağıl lives and works in İstanbul.
